Giáo dục thường xuyên là nơi nối lại quá trình học tập của học sinh không thi hoặc không đỗ vào các trường THPT công lập, là nơi bổ sung kiến thức và hoàn thiện kỹ năng, thái độ, phẩm chất để con người được phát triển hài hòa, phù hợp với sự phát triển của xã hội. Giáo dục thường xuyên được thực hiện tại cơ sở giáo dục thường xuyên, cơ sở giáo dục phổ thông, cơ sở giáo dục nghề nghiệp, cơ sở giáo dục đại học, cơ sở văn hóa, tại nơi làm việc, cộng đồng dân cư, qua phương tiện thông tin đại chúng và phương tiện khác. Như vậy Giáo dục thường xuyên được coi là một hình thức giáo dục phù hợp với xu thế giáo dục mới, đó là xã hội hóa giáo dục, xây dựng “xã hội học tập, học tập suốt đời”, làm nền tảng cho việc đào tạo nguồn nhân lực phát triển đất nước. Trường Đại học Công nghiệp Quảng Ninh liên kết với Trung tâm GDNN-GDTX Đông Triều và trường Cao đẳng Việt - Hàn Quảng Ninh quản lý và dạy văn hóa hệ THPT theo chương trình GDTX kết hợp học nghề đã tạo điều kiện cho nhiều học sinh trong độ tuổi đi học được tiếp tục học tập, làm chủ kiến thức, có cơ hội tìm kiếm việc làm.Từ khóa: giáo dục nghề nghiệp, giáo dục thường xuyên, người học, quản lý.
ABSTRACT:

Quang Ninh University of Industry in association with Dong Trieu Vocational and Continuing Education Center and Quang Ninh Vietnamese - Korean College manage and teach high school culture according to the program of secondary education combined with vocational training created. conditions for many school-age students to continue their studies, master their knowledge, and have the opportunity to find jobs.
