Nho giáo cho rằng xã hội loài người chia thành những giai tầng khác nhau, nổi bật hơn cả đó là người quân tử và kẻ tiểu nhân, nhưng làm thế nào để trở thành người quân tử, Khổng Tử cho rằng: muốn trở thành quân tử thì phải kiên định tu dưỡng bản thân. Rèn luyện cả về thể chất và tâm hồn, từ lời ăn tiếng nói, phong thái cần rèn theo khuôn mẫu người quân tử, ý chí sắt đá, kĩ năng giao tiếp ứng xử của người quân tử - người có học thức. Từ đó tìm ra phương pháp hợp lí tu dưỡng bản thân, hoàn thiện nhân cách, xây dựng tế bào xã hội khỏe mạnh. Trau dồi tri thức, đạo đức, tiến tới mục tiêu: tu thân, tề gia, trị quốc, bình thiên hạ. Ở bài viết này tác giả mạnh dạn đề ra một số phương pháp trên quan điểm học tập, rèn luyện thành người quân tử của Khổng Tử, tiếp thu trau dồi học tập theo tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh, chủ nghĩa Mác Lê nin, áp dụng vào thời đại mới.
Abstract
Confucianism believes that human society is divided into different classes, the most prominent of which are the gentlemen and the petty people. How to become a gentleman? Confucius believes that: to become a gentleman, one must steadfastly cultivate oneself. To train both physically and mentally, from speech, demeanor, one must practice according to the model of a gentleman, the iron will, the communication skills of a gentleman - an educated person. From there, find a reasonable method to cultivate oneself, perfect one's personality, build a healthy social cell, and complete the work assigned by the Party, the State and the people. The task of a gentleman is: to cultivate oneself, regulate one's family, govern the country, and bring peace to the world. In this article, the author boldly proposes a number of methods based on Confucius's perspective of learning and training to become a gentleman, absorbing and studying Ho Chi Minh's thought, Marxism-Leninism, and applying them to the new era.
