Xây dựng chuẩn đầu ra của chương trình đào tạo là một trong những khâu trọng yếu, giữ vai trò, sứ mệnh làm cơ sở định hướng cho việc thiết kế, phát triển chương trình đào tạo đáp ứng nhu cầu lao động của xã hội, cam kết và công bố cho người học và xã hội mà các cơ sở giáo dục đại học tiến hành và mong muốn đạt được. Là một trong những giải pháp quan trọng nhằm nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo, là tiêu chí để đánh giá chất lượng trường đại học và đánh giá kiểm định chương trình đào tạo. Từ năm 2010, Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo đã có công văn yêu cầu các cơ sở giáo dục đại học triển khai xây dựng và công bố Chuẩn đầu ra cho các ngành đào tạo. Trên cơ sở các văn bản hướng dẫn về công tác xây dựng chuẩn đầu ra của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo, Nhà trường đã triển khai xây dựng và công bố chuẩn đầu ra các ngành đào tạo theo đúng tinh thần chỉ đạo của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo; việc xây dựng chuẩn đầu ra cho các chương trình đào tạo được xác định là công việc hết sức cần thiết, thể hiện trách nhiệm của Nhà trường trong công tác đào tạo, bồi dưỡng đáp ứng yêu cầu giáo dục, đào tạo trong tình hình mới.
ABSTRACT
Building output standards of training programs is one of the key stages, playing the role and mission as the basis for orientation in designing and developing training programs to meet the labor needs of society, committing and announcing to learners and society that higher education institutions carry out and wish to achieve. It is one of the important solutions to improve training quality, is the criterion for assessing the quality of universities and assessing and accrediting training programs. Since 2010, the Ministry of Education and Training has issued an official dispatch requesting higher education institutions to develop and announce output standards for training majors. Based on the guiding documents on the work of building output standards of the Ministry of Education and Training, the School has developed and announced output standards for training majors in accordance with the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training; Building output standards for training programs is identified as an extremely necessary task, demonstrating the responsibility of the School in training and fostering to meet the requirements of education and training in the new situation.
