Ngày nay, phân tích phần tử hữu hạn là công cụ chính xác nhất để phân tích máy điện. Mục tiêu của bài báo này là ứng dụng phương pháp phần tử hữu hạn dựa trên phần mềm ansys maxwell giúp tìm ra hình dạng tối ưu của các thanh rôto cho động cơ không đồng bộ (KĐB). Cách tiếp cận này tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho việc tối ưu hóa hình dạng của thanh mà không bị giới hạn về hình dạng và cách sắp xếp thanh được xác định trước, như thường được xem xét đối với thiết kế máy cảm ứng cổ điển. Đối với nghiên cứu này, tác giả sử dụng động cơ KĐB 1,5kW 4 cực làm mô hình thiết kế. Các kết quả này cung cấp những hiểu biết trực quan về thiết kế rãnh lồng sóc cho động cơ không đồng bộ 3 pha.
ABSTRACT
Nowadays, the finite element method is an accurate tool that outperforms other methods of studying electrical machines. The objective of this paper is to apply the finite element method based on Ansys Maxwell software to evaluate the influence of the shape of the rotor slot of an asynchronous motor. This approach facilitates the process of studying the optimisation of the shape of the rotor bar without being limited by the shape, the arrangement of the number of rotor slots, or especially the cost of manufacturing the prototype, which is often studied in classical induction machines. In this paper, the author uses a 1.5kW 4-pole asynchronous motor as a design research model. These results provide intuitive insights into the influence of the shape of the squirrel cage slot on the operating mode of a 3-phase asynchronous motor.
