Động cơ đồng bộ nam châm vĩnh cửu (PMSM) được sử dụng rộng rãi trong lĩnh vực điều khiển servo công nghiệp, đặc biệt là trong các ứng dụng có độ chính xác cao. Ưu điểm nổi bật của động cơ PMSM là hiệu suất động cơ cao, hệ số công suất cao và tốc độ đầu ra không phụ thuộc vào điện áp. Do đó, việc nghiên cứu một cấu trúc điều khiển đơn giản cho động cơ PMSM có thể giảm chi phí sản xuất một cách hiệu quả. Nhóm tác giả sử dụng điều khiển véc tơ kết hợp với bộ điều khiển trượt (SMC) làm thuật toán điều khiển động cơ đồng bộ nam châm vĩnh cửu (PMSM). Điều khiển SMC giúp đầu ra của bộ điều khiển ổn định khi thay đổi thông số hoặc tác động nhiễu từ bên ngoài đến hệ thống. Kết quả mô phỏng cho thấy đáp ứng tốc độ và momen của hệ thống trong cả thời gian liên tục và thời gian rời rạc đều đạt hiệu suất tốt. Bài báo trình bày xây dựng hệ thống điều khiển véc tơ đơn giản dùng cho động cơ PMSM kết hợp với bộ điều khiển SMC trên phần mềm Matlab/Simulink.
ABSTRACT
Slide mode control (SMC) is one of the current popular control methods. To solve the shortcomings of the constant velocity reaching law (CVRL) when it cannot converge quickly and is affected by external speeds when working, this paper designs a sliding law controller that improves the CVRL control law. First, the authors propose a mathematical model and state of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) in the ideal case with the parameters of the PMSM motor. Next, the authors proposed a new control law, NCVRL, and tested the Lyapunov stability of the new control law. The simulation results of the new sliding controller showed that the speed and torque of the system both achieved good performance and had improved convergence. The paper presents the construction of a sliding control system for PMSM motors on Matlab/Simulink software.
