Động cơ không đồng bộ (KĐB) là một trong những động cơ quan trọng trong các ứng dụng công nghiệp và dân dụng, đặc biệt trong các hệ thống truyền động. Một trong những yếu tố quyết định hiệu suất của động cơ là vật liệu chế tạo thanh dẫn, đặc biệt là các vật liệu sử dụng cho rôto. Việc lựa chọn và cải tiến vật liệu thanh dẫn không chỉ ảnh hưởng đến khả năng dẫn điện mà còn tác động đến việc giảm tổn thất năng lượng, tối ưu hóa hiệu suất và nâng cao tuổi thọ của động cơ. Bài báo này đánh giá các vật liệu dẫn điện truyền thống như đồng và nhôm, đồng thời tìm hiểu các vật liệu thay thế tiên tiến, bao gồm hợp kim nhôm, hợp kim đồng và vật liệu nano các bon (CNT). Mục tiêu là cung cấp cái nhìn sâu sắc về xu hướng phát triển các vật liệu dẫn điện mới trong nghiên cứu và ứng dụng, đáp ứng nhu cầu ngày càng cao về hiệu suất và độ tin cậy của động cơ trong các ngành công nghiệp hiện đại.
ABSTRACT
Induction motors (IM) are among the most important motors in industrial and civilian applications, especially in drive systems. One of the key factors determining the performance and durability of motors is the materials used for conductor bars, particularly those used in the rotor. The selection and improvement of conductor materials not only affect electrical conductivity but also influence energy loss reduction, performance optimization, and the motor's longevity. This paper evaluates traditional conductive materials such as copper and aluminum, while also exploring advanced alternative materials, including aluminum alloys, copper alloys, and carbon nanotube (CNT) materials. The goal is to provide valuable insights into the development trends of new conductive materials in research and applications, meeting the growing demands for motor performance and reliability in modern industries.
