Nhằm xây dựng cơ sở để triển khai áp dụng Công nghệ cơ giới hoá đồng bộ hạng nhẹ cho vỉa dày, dốc thoải ở các mỏ than hầm lò vùng Quảng Ninh. Tác giả đã sử dụng phương pháp chuyên gia kết hợp với phương pháp phân tích, tổng hợp tài liệu chuyên ngành, đề tài nghiên cứu khoa học, tài liệu trực tuyến, công nghệ AI… để hoàn thành. Việc phân tích, đánh giá ưu điểm, nhược điểm, điều kiện áp dụng và hiệu quả kinh tế của một số công nghệ (thuỷ lực đơn, giá thuỷ lực di động, công nghệ cơ giới hoá đồng bộ) đã áp dụng cho khu vực vỉa dày, dốc thoải và khả năng áp dụng trong tương lai của từng công nghệ được thực hiện chi tiết. Kết quả bài báo nêu bật được những thuận lợi, khó khăn, vấn đề phát sinh và giải pháp khắc phục trong quá trình triển khai công nghệ cơ giới hoá đồng bộ hạng nhẹ khi áp dụng tại mỏ than Mông Dương. Trên cơ sở đó, tác giả đã đề xuất một số giải pháp khi áp dụng công nghệ cơ giới hoá đồng bộ hạng nhẹ cho vỉa dày, dốc thoải.
ABSTRACT
To establish a foundation for implementing lightweight mechanized mining technology in thick, gently inclined coal seam areas at underground coal mines in the Quang Ninh region, the author utilized expert methodologies combined with analysis and synthesis of specialized literature, scientific research projects, online resources, and AI technology to complete the study. The analysis and evaluation of the advantages, disadvantages, application conditions, and economic efficiency of several technologies (single hydraulic props, mobile hydraulic supports, and lightweight mechanized mining systems) applied to thick, gently inclined seams, along with their potential future applications, were conducted in detail. The results of the study highlight the advantages, challenges, arising issues, and solutions encountered during the implementation of lightweight mechanized mining technology at Mong Duong coal mine. Based on these findings, the author proposed several solutions for applying lightweight mechanized mining technology to thick, gently inclined seams.
