Lập kế hoạch khai thác dài hạn cho các mỏ đá vôi là nhiệm vụ cần thiết nhằm cung cấp nguồn nguyên liệu bền vững cho các nhà máy xi măng. Thông thường, việc lập kế hoạch được thực hiện bằng các tính toán dựa trên các phương pháp thủ công đảm bảo các điều kiện kỹ thuật và công nghệ khai thác đá vôi. Các phương pháp này thường tốn nhiều công sức, gia tăng chi phí sử dụng phụ gia cũng như chất lượng sản phẩm không đồng đều. Các mỏ khai thác đá vôi hiện đại sử dụng các mô hình khối (block model) kết hợp vối các thuật toán tối ưu tích hợp trên các phần mềm máy tính nhằm giảm thiểu các sai sót này. Tuy nhiên, do sự không chắc chắn về các yếu tố địa chất vẫn dẫn đến sự không ổn định trong chất lượng nguyên liệu khai thác, thậm chí là thiếu hụt nguồn nguyên liệu trong một thời gian nhất định. Nghiên cứu này đề xuất một phương pháp mới nhằm giảm thiểu các yếu tố bất lợi trên. Đồng thời, một ứng dụng được phát triển dựa trên phương pháp này được phát triển nhằm đánh giá các kết quả thu được khi áp dụng vào mỏ đá vôi Tà Thiết sẽ được đề cập.
ABSTRACT
Long-term mining production planning for cement limestones quarries is a vital task to supply a sustainable raw materials for cement plants. In normal cases, quarry production planning is completed by manual calculations which meetss technical and technological mining conditions. However, this method is worthly efforts and results in the increase of expenses for purchasing additive materials while varying cement product quality. To eliminate these shortcomings, most cement quarries have applied deposit block models which integrate with optimization algorithms operating in computers. Nevertheless, geological uncertainty leads to the unsustainability and in some cases the deplition in raw material supply. This research proposess a new solution to mitigate those drawbacks. In addition, an application has been introduced based on this solution to evaluate its efficiency in a case study in Tà Thiết limeston quarry.
