Khi nhu cầu về xe điện (EV) tiếp tục tăng mạnh, việc cải thiện hệ thống động cơ điện trở nên cần thiết để nâng cao hiệu quả, hiệu suất và tính bền vững của các phương tiện này. Bài báo này tập trung vào những thách thức đặc thù trong việc thiết kế động cơ điện cho các loại xe điện khác nhau. Đồng thời, bài báo cũng trình bày những thành tựu nổi bật và các giải pháp được đề xuất để giải quyết các vấn đề này. Ngoài ra, bài báo còn đánh giá các yếu tố như hiệu suất, chi phí, trọng lượng, chế độ làm mát, tốc độ tối đa, độ tin cậy, khả năng chịu lỗi, công suất định mức và khả năng gia tốc của các loại động cơ từ trở chuyển mạch (SRM), động cơ không đồng bộ (KĐB), động cơ một chiều (DCM), và động cơ đồng bộ nam châm vĩnh cửu (PMSM) cùng với các bộ truyền động tương ứng. Kết quả so sánh cho thấy, động cơ KĐB nổi bật về khả năng kiểm soát và chi phí, trong khi động cơ SRM có ưu điểm về trọng lượng nhẹ, độ tin cậy cao, khả năng chịu lỗi, và hiệu suất vượt trội hơn động cơ KĐB và động cơ DCM khi xét về gia tốc và hiệu quả hoạt động. Tuy nhiên, nhược điểm của động cơ SRM là gây rung động và tiếng ồn lớn hơn so với động cơ PMSM. Vì vậy, động cơ PMSM được đánh giá là lựa chọn phù hợp nhất cho xe EV.
ABSTRACT
As the demand for electric vehicles (EVs) continues to grow rapidly, improvements in electric motor systems are becoming increasingly critical to enhancing the efficiency, performance, and sustainability of these vehicles. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of the types of electric motors currently used in EVs, including switched reluctance motors (SRMs), induction motors (IMs), direct current motors (DCMs), and permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs). It also examines emerging trends in the development of electric vehicle drive motors, such as advanced winding technologies, innovative materials, and optimized control solutions. This discussion offers readers a holistic understanding of the significance of electric motors in EVs and highlights recent scientific advancements in this field.
