Cán bộ, đảng viên với việc tu dưỡng đạo đức cách mạng trong điều kiện kinh tế thị trường định hướng xã hội chủ nghĩa ở Vệt Nam hiện nay

Từ ngàn xưa ở Việt Nam, đạo đức truyền thống luôn được đề cao vì tính luân lý và chuẩn mực trong việc điều chỉnh các hành vi của con người hướng theo các giá trị tốt đẹp. Bước vào thời kì đấu tranh cách mạng, đạo đức truyền thống được nâng lên một tầm cao mới đó là đạo đức cách mạng. Đạo đức cách mạng là nền đạo đức tiến bộ của người cộng sản. Trong xã hội, đội ngũ cán bộ, đảng viên được coi là lực lượng cốt cán trong việc tiên phong, gương mẫu tu dưỡng rèn luyện, thực thi các phẩm chất đạo đức cách mạng để các tầng lớp nhân dân noi theo. Ngày nay, trong xu thế phát triển chung Việt Nam lựa chọn phát triển kinh tế thị trường theo định hướng xã hội chủ nghĩa và đã đạt được nhiều thành tựu nổi bật. Tuy nhiên, ngoài những mặt tích cực thì những mặt tiêu cực của kinh tế thị trường đang hàng ngày hàng giờ tác động mạnh mẽ đến đạo đức của đội ngũ cán bộ, đảng viên khiến cho nền đạo đức xã hội bị xuống cấp nghiêm trọng. Do đó, yêu cầu đặt ra hiện nay là mỗi cán bộ, đảng viên cần nhận diện được các biểu hiện của suy thoái đạo đức, lối sống đồng thời trên cơ sở lấy tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh và các quy định của Đảng làm nền tảng cán bộ, đảng viên cần tuân thủ một số vấn đề mang tính nguyên tắc để giữ vững và trau dồi đạo đức cách mạng cho bản thân mình cũng là cho toàn đội ngũ và toàn hệ thống Đảng.
ABSTRACT:
Since ancient times in Vietnam, traditional ethics have always been promoted for their morality and standards in adjusting human behavior towards good values. Entering the period of revolutionary struggle, traditional morality was raised to a new level: revolutionary morality. Revolutionary morality is the progressive morality of communists. In society, the cadres and party members are considered the core force in pioneering and exemplary in cultivating, cultivating, and enforcing revolutionary moral qualities for all classes of people to follow. Today, in the general development trend, Vietnam chooses to develop a socialist-oriented market economy and has achieved many outstanding achievements. However, in addition to the positive aspects, the negative aspects of the market economy are having a strong impact on the morality of cadres and party members every day, causing the social morality to be seriously degraded. Therefore, the current requirement is that each cadre and party member needs to identify the manifestations of moral and lifestyle degradation while taking Ho Chi Minh's ideology and the Party's regulations as the foundation. Cadres and party members need to comply with a number of principled issues to maintain and cultivate revolutionary ethics for themselves as well as for the entire team and the entire Party system.
