Cơ giới hóa khai thác than hầm lò đang được triển khai áp dụng rộng rãi và có hiệu quả cao trong hầu hết các phạm vi điều kiện địa chất mỏ khác nhau ở nhiều nước trên thế giới. Tuy nhiên trong các điều kiện địa chất phức tạp, chiều dài khai thác không lớn lại là những nhân tố tác động tiêu cực đến hiệu quả áp dụng công nghệ này. Trong quá trình áp dụng CGH khai thác các vỉa dày trung bình góc dốc vỉa thoải đến nghiêng với lò chợ cột dài theo phương thì khi góc dốc vỉa biến động lớn (từ 200 đến 350) các tổ hợp vì chống trong quá trình khấu than thường trôi trượt xuống phía dưới theo chiều dốc. Bài báo đưa ra cơ sở khấu gương lò chợ theo hướng xiên chéo với tính toán xác định góc dốc của lò chợ thực tế khi khấu gương theo hướng xiên chéo trong sự phụ thuộc vào góc dốc của vỉa than để giảm góc dốc của lò chợ nhằm hạn chế ảnh hưởng của góc dốc vỉa than đến việc trôi trượt tổ hợp thiết bị cơ giới hóa trong lò chợ khai thác ở các vỉa than dày trung bình dốc thoải đến nghiêng.
ABSTRACT:
Mechanization of underground coal mining is being widely applied and highly effective in most of the different mine geological conditions in many countries around the world. However, in complex geological conditions, the working face’s length is not large, which is factor that negatively affect the efficiency of this technology. In the process of applying mechanization to exploit the medium thick seams, the slope angle is smooth to inclined with longwall system, when the slope angle changes greatly (from 200 to 350), complex mechanized equipment in the coal mining process often slide downwards along the slope. The paper presents the basis of cutting coal in working face in the diagonal direction with the calculation to determine the actual slope angle of working face in the diagonal direction which is in the dependence on the coal seam slope angle to reduce the working face slope angle in order to limit the influence of the coal seam slope angle on the drifting of the complex mechanized equipment in the working face in the medium thick coal seams with sloping to inclined slopes.
