Công tác quản lý giáo dục sinh viên là một trong những nhiệm vụ trọng tâm, quan trọng của trường đại học, góp phần quan trọng vào việc nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo nguồn nhân lực. Để nâng cao hiệu quả của công tác quản lý giáo dục sinh viên tại Trường Đại học Công nghiệp Quảng Ninh, cần thiết phải nhận diện được các vấn đề then chốt, từ đó đưa ra những giải pháp định hướng đổi mới thiết thực. Bài viết tìm hiểu thực trạng công tác quản lý giáo dục sinh viên năm thứ nhất tại Trường Đại học Công nghiệp Quảng Ninh và đề xuất một số giải pháp đổi mới nội dung và phương pháp quản lý, giáo dục sinh viên năm thứ nhất, các hoạt động tuyên truyền giáo dục, hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ sinh viên năm thứ nhất, sự phối kết hợp chỉ đạo Ban giám hiệu, phòng, khoa để đạt hiệu quả tốt nhất trong công tác quản lý giáo dục sinh viên Nhà trường.
