Hợp tác quốc tế của Trường Đại học Công nghiệp Quảng Ninh: Bối cảnh, thực trạng và giải pháp thúc đẩy phát triển

Trong xu thế phát triển của giáo dục hiện đại, hợp tác quốc tế trong giáo dục và đào tạo (HTQT) của các trường đại học diễn ra như một tất yếu khách quan và ngày càng khẳng định được vai trò quan trọng trong quá trình phát triển của các trường đại học trên thế giới nói chung và ở Việt Nam nói riêng. Trong bài viết này, nhóm tác giả đã nghiên cứu, phân tích vai trò quan trọng của HTQT trong việc thúc đẩy phát triển trường đại học hiện nay; đánh giá một số kết quả tích cực của nền giáo dục đại học Việt Nam sau 10 năm thực hiện Nghị quyết 29-NQ/TW; đánh giá thực trạng, kết quả hoạt động hợp tác quốc tế của Trường Đại học Công nghiệp Quảng Ninh, từ đó tìm ra những điểm còn hạn chế, làm cơ sở nghiên cứu đề xuất các giải pháp khắc phục, để phát triển và nâng cao hiệu quả của hoạt động này, mang lại những giá trị thiết thực đóng góp cho sự phát triển nhanh và bền vững của Nhà trường.
ABSTRACT:
In the development trend of modern education, international cooperation in education and training of universities takes place as an objective necessity and increasingly affirms its important role in the development process of universities in the world in general and in Vietnam in particular. In this article, the authors have researched and analyzed the important role of international cooperation in promoting university development today; Evaluate some positive results of Vietnam's higher education after 10 years of implementing Resolution 29-NQ/TW of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Evaluate the current situation and results of international cooperation activities of Quang Ninh University of Industry (QUI), thereby finding limitations, as a basis for researching and proposing solutions to develop and improve High efficiency of this activity, bringing practical values to contribute to the rapid and sustainable development of QUI University.
