Tai nạn lao động là vấn đề tồn tại và thách thức đối với tất cả các doanh nghiệp, nó ảnh hưởng trực tiếp tới sức khỏe tính mạng của người lao động, gây thiệt hại về người và tài sản, gián đoạn và tăng chi phí sản xuất của doanh nghiệp. Công tác bảo đảm an toàn vệ sinh lao động (ATVSLĐ) tại các đơn vị, doanh nghiệp thành viên thuộc Tập đoàn Công nghiệp Than Khoáng sản Việt Nam (TKV) luôn được đặt lên hàng đầu. Tập đoàn nói chung và các đơn vị thành viên đã tập trung đầu tư lớn về nguồn lực tài chính, nhân lực cho công tác ATVSLĐ.Trên cơ sở phân tích, đánh giá thực trạng tai nạn lao động trong những năm gần đây đối với các mỏ than hầm lò thuộc TKV, nhóm tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm phòng ngừa và giảm thiểu nguy cơ mất an toàn lao động.

ABSTRACT:
Occupational accidents are an existential problem and challenge for all businesses. They directly affect the health and lives of workers, causing loss of life and property, disruption and increased costs enterprise production. Ensuring occupational safety and hygiene at member units and enterprises of Viet Nam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited is always given top priority. The Group in general and its member units have focused on investing heavily in financial and human resources for occupational safety and hygiene. Based on analysis and assessment of the current situation of hygiene and safety work, labor in recent years for underground coal mines of Vinacomin, the authors propose a number of solutions to prevent and minimize the risk of labor insecurity.
