Xếp thời khóa biểu là một bài toán rất khó khăn và phức tạp. Đối với thời khóa biểu trong trường đại học lại càng phức tạp vì việc xếp thời khóa biểu liên quan đến rất nhiều yếu tố: số học phần mở ra, thời gian học tập, số tiết học, giảng viên, sinh viên, phòng học… Bản thân việc xếp thời khóa biểu là rõ ràng nhưng mục đích, tính tối ưu của bài toán này chưa bao giờ và sẽ không bao giờ có thể rõ ràng. Không có chuẩn mực nào cho việc xác định tính tối ưu của một Thời khóa biểu. Điều khó nhất là ở sự hài lòng của người sử dụng. Sự phức tạp nhất của bài toán xếp thời khóa biểu nằm ở sự mâu thuẫn và phức tạp của các ràng buộc về quản lý tiết dạy và nhu cầu giáo viên. Giải quyết các mâu thuẫn ràng buộc trên nằm ngoài phạm vi tư duy logic của thuật toán và lập trình cổ điển. Vì vậy cần phải có một biện pháp, công cụ hỗ trợ, với bài viết này tác giả nêu ra cách thức, giải pháp để nâng cao hiệu quả và tính tối ưu của công tác xếp thời khóa biểu cho các lớp tín chỉ theo mỗi đợt học của Trường Đại học Công nghiệp Quảng Ninh đáp ứng tiêu chí lấy người học làm trung tâm.
ABSTRACT:
Scheduling is a very difficult and complex problem. For university timetables, it is even more complicated because scheduling involves many factors: number of courses opened, study time, number of classes, lecturers, students, classrooms. … The scheduling itself is obvious, but the purpose and optimization of this problem has never been and will never be clear. There is no standard for determining the optimality of a Timetable. The hardest thing is in user satisfaction. The most complicated problem of scheduling lies in the contradiction and complexity of lesson management constraints and teacher needs. Solving the above constraints is beyond the scope of logical thinking of algorithms and classical programming. Therefore, it is necessary to have a support tool, in this article, the author outlines ways and solutions to improve the efficiency and optimization of the work of scheduling for each credit class. The course at Quang Ninh University of Industry meets the criteria of being learner-centered.
