Trong thiết kế máy điện, việc gia tăng hiệu suất động cơ luôn là chủ đề chính trong các nghiên cứu. Hầu hết tổn hao dây quấn trong động cơ điện thường xảy ra trong các cuộn dây phần ứng và cần giảm các tổn hao này. Trong nội dung bài báo, nhóm tác giả trình bày nghiên cứu về ảnh hưởng của kiểu quấn dây đồng khuôn, dây quấn 1 lớp với dây quấn 2 lớp đến tổn hao cũng như đặc tính của động cơ không đồng bộ (KĐB). Các thực nghiệm so sánh các kết quả thu được dựa trong mô hình phân tích phần tử hữu hạn của phần mềm Ansys maxwell với động cơ 5,5kW 4 cực.
ABSTRACT:
In electrical machine design, increasing machine efficiency has always been the main topic of research. Most winding losses in a machine usually occur in the armature winding and it is necessary to reduce these losses. In the content of the article, the authors will present a study on the influence of concentric, co-mold and 1-layer winding with 2-layer winding on the losses and characteristics of asynchronous electric motors. Experiments compare the results obtained in the finite element analysis model of Ansys Maxwell software with those obtained with a 5,5kW 4-pole motor.
