Trong bài báo này, các hư hỏng rôto trong động cơ không đồng bộ (KĐB) roto lồng sóc được nhóm tác giả nghiên cứu phân tích. Trong quá trình làm việc của động cơ điện thường xuất hiện các lỗi khác nhau dẫn đến sự cố động cơ từ đó dừng hoạt động ảnh hưởng đến độ tin cậy và quá trình vận hành làm việc của hệ thống. Các lỗi dẫn đến sự cố của động cơ như lỗi stato, lỗi roto, lỗi vòng bi. Trong số các lỗi này, lỗi roto do sự cố nứt roto làm hở mạch thanh dẫn roto là vấn đề hay gặp ở các động cơ có roto lồng sóc. Kết quả của bài báo được nhóm tác giả sử dụng phương pháp phần tử hữu hạn (FEM) và ứng dụng phần mềm Ansys Electronics nghiên cứu và phân tích trên mô hình thực nghiệm mô phỏng động cơ KĐB 1,5kW 4 cực khi xảy ra sự cố thanh dẫn roto lồng sóc.
ABSTRACT:
In the paper, the research team analyses the rotor failures in squirrel cage rotor asynchronous motors.During the working process of the electric motor, various errors often occur, leading to the motor's failure, thereby stopping the operation and affecting the reliability and operation of the system. Faults that lead to motor failure, such as stator failure, rotor failure, and bearing failure. Among these faults, rotor failure due to rotor cracking that opens the rotor busbar is a common problem in motors with squirrel cage rotors. In the content of this paper, the authors use the finite element method and Ansys Electronics software application to study and analyse the performance of the 4-pole 1,5 kW asynchronous motor when the rotor fault occurs.
