Quá trình hình thành và tích tụ tro xỉ trong khi cháy là một quá trình tự nhiên của tất cả các lò hơi đốt nhiên liệu rắn. Khi xỉ và bám tro bụi phát triển đến một mức độ nào đó thì lò hơi cần thiết phải dừng để áp dụng các giải pháp vệ sinh làm sạch sau đó khởi động lò trở lại để đảm bảo tính an toàn và hiệu quả của quá trình sản suất. Để hạn chế thiệt hại do phải dừng lò, cần thiết phải nghiên cứu và áp dụng các giải pháp về vận hành, bảo dưỡng cũng như các phương án xử dụng tỷ lệ nhiên liệu một cách hợp lý để hạn chế thiệt hại do đóng xỉ gây ra.
ABSTRACT:
The formation and accumulation of ash during combustion is a natural process of all solid fuel fired boilers. When slag and ash accumulation has reached a certain extent, it is necessary to stop the boiler to apply cleaning solutions and then restart the boiler to ensure the safety and efficiency of the process produce. In order to limit the damage caused by stopping the boiler, it is necessary to research and apply solutions on operation, maintenance as well as plans to use the fuel ratio in a reasonable way to limit the damage caused by slag deposition.
