Trong công nghiệp khai thác mỏ than hầm lò có rất nhiều phụ tải điện sử dụng động cơ điện dị bộ rotor lồng sóc làm động cơ lai như quạt cục bộ, bơm nước, băng tải,... Các động cơ loại này thường được nhập từ các nước Nga, Trung quốc, Ba Lan,… và hiện nay được chế tạo ở trong nước. Các động cơ này được chế tạo theo Tiêu chuẩn và có hiệu suất nằm trong dãy IE1, tức là có hiệu suất cỡ 70% trở lên. Do đó, nhu cầu sản xuất loại động cơ thay thế khác có hiệu suất cao hơn càng trở nên cấp bách.Trên thế giới, người ta đã ứng dụng vật liệu mật độ từ cảm cao và nam châm vĩnh cửu (NCVC) để chế tạo động cơ đồng bộ nam châm vĩnh cửu khởi động trực tiếp (LSPMSM) từ lưới tiết kiệm điện và hiệu suất cao nằm trong dãy hiệu suất IE2 và IE3 với dải công suất từ vài W đến hàng trăm kW. Trong nội dung bài báo, nhóm tác giả đưa ra kết quả đánh giá so sánh giữa 2 động cơ LSPMSM và KĐB 11kW quạt cục bộ YBT-52-2 có cùng thông số thiết kế từ đó đưa ra cái nhìn khách quan cho người đọc.
ABSTRACT
In the underground coal mining industry, there are many electrical loads that use squirrel cage rotor synchronous electric motors as hybrid motors such as local fans, water pumps, conveyors, etc. These motors are usually imported from Russia, China, Poland ... and currently manufactured in the country. These motors are built to the Standard and have an efficiency within the IE1 range, i.e. an efficiency of about 70% or more. Therefore, the need to produce an alternative type of engine with higher efficiency becomes more and more urgent.
In the world, people have applied high inductance and permanent magnet density materials (NCVC) to make direct-start permanent-magnet synchronous motors (LSPMSM) from the grid to save electricity and high efficiency. high in the IE2 and IE3 efficiency ranges with power ranges from a few W to hundreds of kW. In the content of the article, the authors present comparative evaluation results between 2 motors LSPMSM and KDB 11kW local fan YBT-52-2 with the same design parameters, thereby giving an objective view to readers.
