Nhằm nghiên cứu phương pháp, công nghệ mới trong việc nâng cao chất lượng mùn than nói chung và mùn than Công ty Than Mạo Khê nói riêng bằng phương pháp tuyển nổi; bài báo đã tiến hành các thí nghiệm tuyển nổi mùn than trong nước máy để tìn ra các chế độ tuyển tối ưu, từ đó, làm cơ sở để tiến hành tuyển nổi mùn than trong một số dung dịch muối vô cơ không sử dụng thuốc tập hợp và sử dụng thuốc thuốc tập hợp với chi phí nhỏ hơn so với tuyển nổi mùn than trong nước máy. Kết quả, từ mùn than ban đầu có độ tro là 61,85% thông qua việc tuyển nổi trong dung dịch muối NaCl có nồng độ 0,1M với chi phí thuốc tập hợp bằng ½ chi phí thông thường thu được than sạch có độ tro là 25,38%, thực thu phần cháy được đạt 82,43%, đá thải có độ tro là 88,42%.
ABSTRACT:
To find the advanced strategy and technology in boosting the quality of coal in humus form in the Mao Khe region, a wide range of experiments were undertaken to determine the ideal modes. First, coal humus samples were processed utilising froth flotation in distinct sorts of liquidity, including tap water and sodium chloride, without a set of collector reagents in divergent levels. As a result, the humus with an initial ash content of 61.85% was subjected to froth flotation in a 0.1M NaCl solution, which is half of the normal concentration, yielding a coal product with an ash content of 25.38%, a combustible material yield weight of 82.43%, and a waste component rate of 88.44%.
