Phân tích và thiết kế bộ điều khiển hệ thống phân loại sản phẩm ứng dụng Logic mờ

Bài báo này đưa ra phương pháp nghiên cứu phân tích và thiết kế bộ điều khiển cho hệ thống phân loại sản phẩm theo chiều cao, màu sắc và vật liệu ứng dụng Logic mờ (Fuzzy Logic). Trong đó, các tham số của sản phẩm là chiều cao, màu sắc và vật liệu sẽ được mờ hóa, nhờ vào các luật giải mờ được thiết kế phù hợp để phân loại sản phẩm thành 4 loại: sản phẩm loại 1 là sản phẩm đủ kích thước, màu đen, nhựa; sản phẩm loại 2 là sản phẩm đủ kích thước, màu trắng, nhựa; sản phẩm loại 3 là sản phẩm đủ kích thước, màu trắng, nhôm; (kim loại sản phẩm loại 4 là phế phẩm (chiều cao sai). Kết quả của nghiên cứu đã đạt được là: bộ điều khiển phần loại đảm bảo tỉ lệ phân loại chính xác là 98%, thời gian đáp ứng nhanh.
ABSTRACT:
This paper presents a controller design and analysis research method for a product grading system by height, color, and materials applying fuzzy logic. In which, the parameters of the product are height, color and material will be blurred, thanks to the fuzzy resolution laws designed to classify products into 4 categories: Category 1 products are full sized products, black, plastic; Category 2 products are full sized products, white and plastic; and category 3 products are full sized, white and aluminum; Type 4 product: is a waste product (wrong height). The results of the study were obtained that the type part controller guarantees an accurate classification rate of 98 fast response times.
