Bảo đảm chất lượng trong xây dựng và vận hành chương trình đào tạo (CTĐT) theo chuẩn đầu ra (CĐR) là một trong những yếu tố cốt lõi, quyết định chất lượng đào tạo của cơ sở giáo dục đại học (CSGDĐH). Trong đó đánh giá học phần đáp ứng CĐR là yêu cầu quan trọng trong công tác đảm bảo, nâng cao chất lượng dạy học và kiểm tra đánh giá. Tuy nhiên hiện nay vẫn còn nhiều người chưa nhận thức rõ cơ sở lý luận, tầm quan trọng và mức độ ảnh hưởng của công việc xây dựng đề thi và chấm điểm trong chuỗi giá trị hình thành chất lượng giáo dục. Kiểm tra đánh giá là khâu quan trọng của quá trình dạy học, có tác động mạnh và hiệu quả đến sự thay đổi trong quy trình đào tạo ở trình độ đại học. Khi kiểm tra đánh giá được xây dựng trên cơ sở khoa học, đảm bảo các nguyên tắc nhất định thì sẽ kéo theo sự thay đổi về chất và lượng của chương trình đào tạo, giáo trình, tài liệu giảng dạy, phương pháp dạy học… Bài báo đề cập đến công tác xây dựng đề thi kết thúc học phần tại Trường Đại học Công nghiệp Quảng Ninh nhằm đáp ứng CĐR chương trình đào tạo.
ABSTRACT:
Quality assurance in the development and operation of training programs according to output standards is one of the core factors determining the training quality of a higher education institution. In which, the assessment of the course meeting the learning outcomes is an important requirement in the work of ensuring and improving the quality of teaching and assessment. However, at present, many people are still not fully aware of the theoretical basis, the importance and influence of the work of building exam questions and grading in the value chain shaping the quality of education. Assessment is an important part of the teaching process, having a strong and effective impact on the change in the training process at the university level. When the assessment is built on a scientific basis, ensuring certain principles, it will lead to changes in the quality and quantity of training programs, curricula, teaching materials, and teaching methods. … The article refers to the construction of final exam questions at Quang Ninh University of Industry in order to meet the learning outcomes of the training program.
