Văn hóa doanh nghiệp được xem như giá trị cốt lõi, là linh hồn của thương hiệu, là yếu tố khác biệt và nền tảng của sự phát triển bền vững của mỗi doanh nghiệp. Văn hóa số là văn hóa doanh nghiệp, được hình thành và phát triển trong quá trình chuyển đổi số của doanh nghiệp. Xây dựng văn hoá số được coi là chìa khóa của chuyển đổi số thành công, nó giúp doanh nghiệp tạo ra và hoàn thiện nguồn nhân lực số với sự đồng lòng, quyết tâm cao, tư duy đột phá sáng tạo, tạo ra các sáng kiến số, để sẵn sàng tiếp thu các phản hồi, đón nhận các thách thức, để biến chúng thành cơ hội mới, từ đó đưa doanh nghiệp có bước tiến vững chắc lên vị thế cao hơn trên thị trường. Trong bài báo này, nhóm tác giả trình bày các kết quả nghiên cứu về: xây dựng khái niệm chuyển đổi số doanh nghiệp khai thác mỏ và những lợi ích mang lại cho doanh nghiệp; phân tích vai trò quyết định của xây dựng văn hóa số đến thành công của chuyển đổi số; đặc biệt, những giải pháp đồng bộ và lộ trình các bước cụ thể được đề xuất, để giúp các doanh nghiệp khai thác mỏ Việt Nam nhận thức rõ tầm quan trọng, hoàn thiện quy trình xây dựng văn hóa số, tạo nền tảng vững chắc cho chuyển đổi số thành công.Từ khóa: Cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0, chuyển đổi số, doanh nghiệp khai thác mỏ, văn hóa số.
Abstract
Corporate culture is considered the core value, the soul of the brand, the differentiating factor and the foundation of the sustainable development of each enterprise. Digital culture is corporate culture, formed and developed in the process of digital transformation of enterprises. Building a digital culture is considered the key to successful digital transformation, it helps enterprises create and perfect digital human resources with a consensus, high determination, creative breakthrough thinking, and creative digital initiatives, to be ready to absorb the feedback, to accept challenges, to turn them into new opportunities, thereby bringing enterprise a steady progress forward to a higher position in the market. In this paper, the authors present research results on building the concept of digital transformation of mining enterprises and the benefits they bring to them; analyze the decisive role of the digital culture building to the success of digital transformation; in addition, synchronization solutions and a road map of specific steps is proposed, to help Vietnamese mining enterprises realize the importance, complete the process of building a digital culture, and create a steady foundation to successful digital transformation.
