Trước làn sóng toàn cầu hóa đã tác động mạnh mẽ đến mọi lĩnh vực của nền kinh tế, đặc biệt Việt Nam đang trong thời kỳ dân số vàng nên thị trường lao động càng phải được quan tâm, đánh giá để có đối sách phù hợp. Sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu định lượng, qua phần mềm hỗ trợ xử lý số liệu Stata, bài báo đề xuất hai chỉ tiêu đánh giá thị trường lao động là mức độ độ đô thị hóa và tỷ lệ lao động chất lượng cao. Hai chỉ tiêu này đảm bảo ý nghĩa thống kê nhỏ hơn 5% và chúng có thể giải thích được 96,19% sự biến thiên của thị trường lao động. Bài báo đề xuất một phương pháp khoa học mới nhằm đánh giá, đo lường chất lượng thị trường lao động. Hai chỉ tiêu đề xuất được xây dựng trên cơ sở khoa học gắn với thực tiễn chứng minh, giúp các cá nhân, đơn vị, doanh nghiệp quan tâm có thể vận dụng để đánh giá chất lượng lao động cho đơn vị, cho doanh nghiệp, cho vùng kinh tế một cách nhanh chóng từ đó đưa ra đối sách kịp thời trong quá trinh quản lý.Từ khóa: Đô thị hóa, lao động chất lượng cao, lựa chọn chỉ tiêu, thị trường lao động, toàn cầu hóa.
ABSTRACT:
For the wave of globalization that it has a strong impact on all areas of the economy, especially Vietnam is in the period of golden population, so the labor market must be paid more attention and evaluated to have suitable countermeasures. Using the quantitative research method by Stata data processing software, the article proposes are two indicators to evaluate the labor market: the degree of urbanization and the rate of high-quality labor. These two indicators ensure statistical significance less than 5% and they can explain 96,19% of the variation of the labor market.The article proposes a new scientific method to assess and measure the quality of the labor market. These two proposed indicators are built on the basis of science associated with proven practice, helping interested individuals, units and businesses to apply to assess the quality of labor for the unit and for the enterprise, for the economic zone quickly, thereby making timely countermeasures in the management process.
