Hiện nay hệ thống truyền động điện điều chỉnh tần số động cơ không đồng bộ được sử dụng rộng rãi trong công nghiệp và cuộc sống với ưu điểm giá thành rẻ, điều chỉnh tốc độ động cơ dễ dàng, tiết kiệm năng lượng, sửa chữa thay thế dễ dàng do các linh kiện được chuẩn hóa công nghiệp. Tuy nhiên, các bộ biến tần phổ biến hiện nay có cấu trúc chỉnh lưu không điều khiển sử dụng điôt sẽ gây ra sóng hài lên nguồn điện cung cấp đầu vào, điều này làm tăng biên độ của điện áp và dòng điện nguồn cung cấp làm ảnh hưởng nặng nề đến các thiết bị điện trong hệ thống điện cũng như tổn thất trên đường dây. Các giải pháp mà bài báo đề cập nhằm cải thiện phương pháp điều khiển trực tiếp công suất trong hệ thống truyền động điện điều chỉnh tần số sử dụng phương pháp điều khiển trực tiếp mô men động cơ không đồng bộ ba pha.
ABSTRACT:
Currently, electrical drive systems with adjustable frequency of asynchronous motors are widely used in industry and life with the following advantages: low price, easy motor speed adjustment, energy saving, easy repair and replacement due to industrially standardized components. However, today's popular inverters have an uncontrolled rectifier structure using diodes that will cause harmonics to the input power supply, which increases the amplitude of the supply voltage and current, seriously affects the electrical equipment in the power system as well as losses on the lines. The solutions mentioned in the article aim to improve the direct power control method in the frequency-controlled electric drive system using the direct control method of three-phase asynchronous motor torque.
