Khi khai thác các vỉa than gần nhau mà vỉa than ở trên khi khai thác có lưu lại trụ bảo vệ sẽ gây ra sự tập trung ứng suất không chỉ ở trong trụ bảo vệ mà còn cả ở dưới nó, ứng suất phân bố ở dưới trụ bảo vệ không đồng đều. Phía dưới trụ bảo vệ là vùng ứng suất cao, nếu bố trí đường lò ở trong vùng này, đường lò sẽ bị biến dạng và phá hủy rất mạnh, rất khó duy trì ổn định. Ngoài ra, khi khai thác vỉa than phía trên cũng làm mất đi tính nguyên vẹn của lớp đá trụ, đặc biệt là khu vực ngay sát phía dưới trụ bảo vệ với một độ sâu nhất định khiến cho việc lựa chọn loại hình kết cấu chống giữ đường lò dọc vỉa ở dưới nó trở lên phức tạp. Bài báo trên cơ sở phân tích sự hình thành và quy luật phân bố ứng suất dưới trụ bảo vệ, từ đó phân tích đưa ra điều kiện áp dụng và công thức tính toán hợp lý cho từng phương án bố trí đường lò dọc vỉa dưới trụ bảo vệ khi khai thác các vỉa gần nhau.
ABSTRACT:
When excavating coal seams which are close to one another, the upper’s protective pillar will cause stress concentration which is not only inside itself but also under it, those under distributed stress is uneven. There is a high stress area under the protective pillar, if locating the mining road in this area, it will be deformed and destroyed very strongly, and very difficult to maintain stability. In addition, when excavating the upper coal seam, the integrity of the pillar rock layer is lost. It especially makes the complication in choosing the type of support structure for the mining road under protection pillar within a certain depth. This paper is based on the analysis of the formation and stress distribution rules under the protective pillar. Thereby, analyse and suggest the application conditions and reasonassble calculation formula for each location option of the longitudinal level which is under the upper’s protective pillar when excavating coal seams closed to one another.
