Ứng dụng mô hình VAR nghiên cứu mối quan hệ giữa việc làm và tăng trưởng kinh tế của tỉnh Quảng Ninh

Quảng Ninh là một tỉnh công nghiệp, thu nhập từ việc làm mà nhóm ngành công nghiệp tạo ra luôn góp phần đáng kể trong tổng giá trị tăng trưởng kinh tế của tỉnh. Trong những năm gần đây, định hướng phát triển kinh tế của tỉnh là lấy nhóm ngành dịch vụ, du lịch làm mũi nhọn nên tỷ trọng về việc làm và tăng trưởng kinh tế của nhóm ngành này đang có xu hướng tăng dần theo thời gian. Qua số liệu thống kê từ năm 2000 đến năm 2020 của tỉnh Quảng Ninh, nghiên cứu đề xuất ứng dụng mô hình VAR làm cơ sở định lượng mối quan hệ giữa việc làm và tăng trưởng kinh tế của tỉnh Quảng Ninh trên cả ba nhóm ngành khu vực I, II, III. Kết quả đạt được đã khẳng định thực sự tồn tại mối quan hệ qua lại giữa việc làm và tăng trưởng kinh tế trên cả ba nhóm ngành đảm bảo ý nghĩa thống kê. Từ kết quả nghiên cứu kết hợp với điều kiện thực tế của từng nhóm ngành, nghiên cứu gợi ý một số giải pháp cụ thể cho từng nhóm ngành nhằm ổn định, tăng trưởng việc làm tạo đà thúc đẩy tăng trưởng kinh tế bền vững phù hợp trong thời kỳ kỷ nguyên số cho tỉnh Quảng Ninh trong giai đoạn tiếp theo.

ABSTRACT:
Quangninh is an industrial province, the income from employment that the industry group creates always contributes significantly to the total value of economic growth of the province. In recent years, the province’s just development orientation is to take the service and tourism sectors as a spearhead, so te proportion of employment and economic growth of this group of industries is tending to increase over time. Through statistics from 2000 to 2020 of Quangning province, the study proposes to use the VAR model as a basis for quantifying the relationship between employment and economic growth of Quangninh province in all three regional industry groups I, II, III. The results achieved have confirmed that there is a real relationship between employment and economic growth in all three groups to ensure statistics significance. From the research results combined with the actual conditions of each industry group, the study suggests some specific solutions for each industry group in order to stabilise and increase employment growth to create a suitable momentum to promote sustainable economic growth in the digital are for Quangninh province in the next period.
